It takes more than one game to find your flow; to connect body and soul. The goal is to keep trying; not giving up. Keep working to improve your game, don't give up your dreams; it takes several attempts. Keep buying the game and you will see progress; be persistent with your dreams and you will see that they are possible.

macaco: day 2 and UPI class

so today I took a capoeira class at UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia). well actually UPI is pretty far from where i live but it was cool because taking the class really gave me something. so what i learned was the details of meia lua de compasso. i was never really good when doing this kick so i feel grateful to learn this move again. after we were done with meia lua de compasso, abacaxi (our instructor) told us to find a wall and do a handstand. i did a one minute and seven seconds handstand. the guys did hold their handstands longer than i did. i had to do three push ups because my time was the 3rd shortest.

after the class ended, Tartaruga showed up and yes, he asked me to do the macaco. this time i did it a little bit better. well at least i did not land on my knee =D

*actually i expected to learn cadeira, ginga, queixada (because UPI class is new) but meia lua de compasso rocks just as good

Love, Gee
